Cancellation

How paid access ends.

This page explains the current cancellation and refund baseline for the hosted service. It keeps the practical text intact, but aligns the page with the rest of the public trust surfaces.

Plain-language trust surface. Slack gameplay and browser administration remain separate.

Field note

Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment. A workspace can stop using the service by removing the Slack app.

Field note

Pro plan

Pro is a recurring paid plan billed through Stripe. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout is completed.

Field note

Cancellation timing

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing management flow when available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately.

Field note

Slack uninstall

If the Slack app is uninstalled and no installed workspace remains for that customer path, the service may schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period so future renewals do not continue automatically.

Field note

Refunds

Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Billing questions should go through the contact route.

Field note

Enterprise

Enterprise or event-specific cancellation terms may be governed by a separate written agreement instead of the public self-serve baseline.
